Retirement can be a very stressful time.

To help deal with this transition in a positive way, Over 65 Magazine has teamed up with leading change consultants Onesimus to produce a bespoke two day Pre-Retirement Programme.

This programme is designed to provide space and reflection for delegates to come to terms with this life change and plan for it in a positive way.
All courses are held at hotels belonging to English Lakes hotels, in the beautiful English Lake District and run in groups of just six delegates to offer maximum involvement.

The programme will be starting in March this year and we would be pleased to speak to you if you are interested. Simply email me Paul Rodman at info@over65magazine.co.uk marking your email 'Pre Retirement Courses' or ring us on 0844-6698940.
We believe that retirement can be a very stressful time. When you have worked in a particular position, for 30, 40 or even 50 years, to suddenly find yourself sat by the fireside at 9.00am, on a Monday morning, looking out of the window, can be challenging to say the least.
Many people in this position will firstly have a holiday, and then do all the jobs they have been meaning to do, but then typically after a month or so, reality sets in. They are NOT going back to work.
Traditionally, courses have been run for half a day or similar, on this subject, where employees get advice and information about their company pension and other matters. This programme is not intended to compete with such events.
The programme runs in groups of six delegates to offer maximum involvement. The cost of the two day course is £995 + VAT which includes all accommodation and meals. We can also offer additional individual support after the course if required, at additional cost.
The course is not designed for employees being made redundant who are below the typical retirement age. Should you require such a programme we would be pleased to speak to you.
